Cone of Everfrost

A freezing, howling blizzard erupts from your outstretched hands forming a 60 ft. cone. Each creature in the cone must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 11d8 cold damage and 3d6 Bludgeoning damage from the intense, swirling winds, and are pushed 10 feet away from you. The creature is also covered in a thick layer of rime and has its speed halved until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn't pushed or slowed.

Any creature reduced to 0 hit points by this spell is instantly frozen solid. Its body becomes a lifeless, perfectly preserved statue of ice, which thaws naturally over 24 hours.
