World Of Flame was a spell created by Maguie Of The Flames after she decided that Fire Dragons couldn't create enough fire. It covers all of the tiles the caster can see in flames that deal 4d6 damage at the start of every turn, and an extra 2d4 is added for every level above 5th. Everyone within the flames must make Dexterity saving throws. On a failed save, they take full damage. On a successful save, they take the full damage.
