Alter Fate

You hold up the cord towards a creature within range and utter the magical words. The target can use the following ability within 1 hour of the spellcast.

While you are not incapacitated you can "Alter Fate" to gain unconditional advantage -ignoreing all other sources of advantage or disadvantage- on the next roll of your choice.

Within 24 hours after you have used this ability, the DM can give you unconditional disadvantage on a roll of his choosing.
