A Thayan spell used during interrogation uses the very energy of life and death to pinpoint the nervous system of a single target in range that you can see and overloads it with terrible signals of pain all without a single mark, wound or blemish.
The target takes 4d8 Necrotic damage or half if they succeed in a CON check against the spellcaster's spell DC.
Anyone having to save to maintain concentration when hit by the spell does so at disadvantage.
