anti-regenerative field

create a field within 50 feet of you with a 30ft by 30ft size that makes all healing (yes this includes allies and monsters) instead deal damage to the target the field lasts 3 hours and instead regeneration is just removed for the 3 hours not inverted (if cast at 7th level regeneration also gets inverted). all temporary HP gain instead makes you lose max HP permanently
