The user will consume a teaspoon of honey while casting this spell. The targeted creature must make a Constitution saving throw or shrink to a height according to the sizes on the chart below and be considered tiny* for the duration. This spell will last for up to 5 minutes and will only end if the creature falls unconscious or is otherwise ended by the caster.
SIZE CHART
Tiny - Tiny* -- Size to 1" by 1"
Small/Medium - Tiny* -- Size to 3" by 3"
Large - Tiny* -- Size to 6" by 6"
Huge - Tiny" -- Size to 9" by 9"
Gargantuan - Tiny* -- Size to 12" by 12"
While the creature is tiny:
Attacks by the tiny creature have advantage but the damage is halved on a hit.
Attacks against the tiny creature have disadvantage but the damage is considered Critical on a hit, regardless of the roll. (If the roll is already considered critical, do not add extra damage.)
Attacks against the tiny creature that use splash damage have neither advantage or disadvantage to hit, but the damage will still be critical.
The tiny creature will have advantage on saving throws that involve dexterity, and attacks of opportunity cannot be made against this creature should they attempt to escape immediate combat.
Reference the movement speed of a tiny creature for a more book-worthy guide. However, if you wish to follow this homebrew rule, keep on reading!
- The creature can jump twice as high while this size, but their movement speed is cut in half due to their short stature and essentially, tiny legs. (sort of like a certain tiny blue mushroom in a certain game involving a man in overalls and a red hat...)
Each additional level at which you cast this spell will increase the duration time by one minute.
