Cindershroud

A red smoky cloud of embers and fire surrounds you in a 10-foot radius emanation. For any creature other than you, the smoke is heavily obscured, and at the start of each of their turns, if they are in the cloud, they take 1d4 fire damage.
A strong wind, like the spell Gust of Wind, disperses the cloud.

At higher levels. For each spell level above second, the radius increases by 5 ft and the damage increases by 1d4.
