When you cast this spell, you form a massive orb of writhing flame in your hand and launch yourself up to 30 feet in a straight line, landing in an unoccupied space adjacent to a creature. This movement does not provoke opportunity attacks.

Make a melee spell attack against one creature within reach as you crash down. On a hit, the target takes 5d10 fire damage + 5d10 bludgeoning damage.

Whether you hit or miss, you may choose to expend your bonus action. If you do, the orb then erupts in an explosion. All creatures of your choice within 15 feet of you must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 6d8 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success.
