Your soul roots itself in the living world, drawing on thorns and starlight to tear apart spells that would banish or maze you. For a brief instant, your body flickers like a constellation bound to the earth, refusing exile.
When you cast this spell, you end one effect currently targeting you that forcibly removes you from the battlefield — such as Banishment, Maze, Imprisonment (minimus containment only), or DM-approved extradimensional effects.
If you are already under such an effect and unable to act, you may cast this spell as a reaction at the start of your turn, even if you would not normally be able to take actions.
Mechanics
Ends one “removal/exile” effect affecting you.
Does not end conditions like Stunned, Paralyzed, or Charmed (keeps it tightly focused).
You can also cast it before being targeted to gain advantage on saving throws against such effects until the start of your next turn.
