Maya's Sand of Sight-Stealing

You hurl a handful of magically-altered particulate matter directly into the eyes of one creature you can see within range. Until the spell ends, that creature has the blinded condition. At the start of their turn and on subsequent turns, the creature can make a constitution saving throw. On a success, the spell ends. A creature that does not have to use their eyes to see is unaffected by this spell.

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. You can target one additional creature for each spell slot above level 1.
