You cover your hand in paint and summon a spectral eye within 60 feet of you at a point you can see the eye has an AC of 12 and and HP of 12, a creature has disadvantage to see the eye and creature that can see invisibility have no trouble seeing the eye. After the eye is summoned you take the hand you covered in paint and wave it over the canvas and as you do so whatever the eye perceives, the details vary based on a check based off of your spell casting ability.
