You and a willing creature not under the effects of a charm or magic that forces any action beyond the creature's true intentions create a bond not to be broken for fear of the consequences. The caster speaks any number of words and clauses that will be kept between the caster and the target of the spell, including any consequences for breaking the rule (for example; death, permanent silence, never being able to walk without assistance, etc.). The target of the spell must agree to all the words and conditions of the spell in order to be completely cast. The material component is then consumed and the caster must choose, with permission of the target, to create a mark that seals the nature of this spell. This mark can be placed on one member of the casting, both members, or at a significant place that the caster and/or target choose. The mark holds the agreed vow through magic, and thus can be dispelled using any manner of magic that would foil enchantments or magical nature, but as long as the clauses made through the casting of this spell are not broken before or after the magical foiling, the effect is not dispelled; only temporarily paused. (If a spell's duration that would cancel Vow of Honor is Instantaneous, the pause lasts for 1 minute. The effect ends through either the breaking of the clauses from either party, when both parties are dead, or if the Vow of Honor has been decided to persist past death; then the death clause runs out after 100 years.
