As part of casting this spell, you make a melee spell attack against one creature within 5 feet of you. On a hit, the target takes 2d4 force damage and must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be pushed up to 5 feet away from you.

Cantrip Upgrade: Starting at 5th level, the cantrip deals 4d4 + your spellcasting ability modifier in damage, and the push distance increases to 10 feet. The damage and push distance further improve at higher levels: At 11th level: 6d4 + modifier, 15-foot push, at 17th level: 8d4 + modifier, 20-foot push
