Concelhaut's Corrosive Skin

Your vile touch imparts an incredibly painful corrosive effect. Make a melee spell attack against a creature within your reach. On a hit, the target takes 12d8 necrotic damage. At the start of each of its turns, the target takes 4d8 necrotic damage. This condition lasts for 30 seconds or until it is canceled by any healing spell cast at a 5th level or higher.

This spell cannot be learned. It can only be cast using an interplanar artifact from Eora such as Concelhaut's Skull or Concelhaut's Ironclasped Grimoire.
