the user sucks in all blood in the area and shoots it into the sky this will then rain down on the opponents that are in a 10ft radius of the user however the user can also change the distance from 10ft all the way to 100 ft however there will be less blood spikes raining down in that case the length of the raining blood and the amount of blood spikes will change depending on the amount of blood in the area.
