When this spell is cast, each creature within half a mile, including the caster must make a constitution save. On a success, the creature takes fire damage equal to half of its current health, bypassing resistance and immunity. On a failed save, the creature is set to 1 hit point.

This spell destroys any organic, nonliving material that is not being worn or carried, and prevents any life from growing or taking root in the area of effect for 1 year.

If this spell is cast on a created plane, as with the demiplane spell, or in a creature's lair while it is not present, it destroys the plane or removes the effects of the area. Any creatures on the plane are transported randomly to a safe place on the Prime Material plane.
