A crown of azure ice appears around your head until the spell ends, as you call the elemental power of winter to your side. The crown sheds bright light in a 30-foot radius, and dim light for an additional 30 feet. While you are under open sky and wearing the crown, you can use a bonus action to summon the northern lights in the sky, a ray of pure, cold light descending from them upon one creature or object within 120 feet of you. When you do so, make a ranged spell attack. On a hit, the target takes 2d12 radiant damage and 2d12 cold damage.

After you summon the northern lights seven times, the crown thaws into cold air, and the spell ends.
