Blinding heal

As an action heal a target creature within 10ft that can see you for 2d4+chrisma modifier. The target creature is Blind until the end of their next turn. You can choose if you want it to be a flash of light or just you being so adorable people feel better but also can't look away. Feel free to keep the drawback to yourself the first time you go to use it. It will not work on downed (unconscious) individuals.
