You touch a Beast, Humanoid, or Giant. The target must succeed a Charisma saving throw or become intoxicated with a feeling of utter ecstasy. A target immune to the Charmed condition has Advantage on the save, and a creature can choose to fail this saving throw if it wishes. If the target willingly surrenders to the spell's effect or fails the save by 5 or more, it falls Prone. The sensation of pleasure is so powerful that target’s senses are completely clouded.
A blissful creature spends its turns squirming, writhing, and gasping. It is considered Stunned - except that it can move at a third of its Speed, rounded up to the closest 5 feet increment, and can only speak falteringly. If the creature is airborne, it can still fly, provided its speed hasn't been reduced to 0.
At the end of each of its turns, the target can make a Charisma saving throw to regain control of itself. The target has Advantage on the saving throw if it took any damage since its last turn. On a success, the spell ends on the target.
