you manifest 10 radiant swords of Holy energy above you with a motion haveing them strike down you foe's with leathal speed and desuction in an area of your choice eurping in a bright flash of light and ridantce Each creature in a 60-foot-cone  must make a Dexterity saving throw. A target takes 8d8 Radiant damage and be blinded on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.and they are not blinded 

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 2rd. and the cone extends to an addtional 10 ft per spell slot above 2nd
