You begin convincing a creature that can hear within 60 feet of you that it is beginning to heal. Both you and the creature must roll for a wisdom, intelligence or charisma contest (your choice). Upon a success the creature takes 2 times the difference between your rolls as psychic damage, on a failure the creature is healed for 2 times the difference between your rolls.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the healing or damage increases by +1(The difference in contest rolls) for each slot level above 2nd.
