Become a baby version of yourself.
All your base stats, except for Wisdom and Intelligence, which are higher than 4, are reduced by the difference between your current stats and 4. Your movement speed and maximum HP are divided by three.
Your equipment does not follow your transformation.
All your ability or attack rolls not dependent on your Intelligence or Wisdom must be made at disadvantage, unless it's a roll that uses your baby stats to charm, in which case you have advantage and a +6 bonus over anyone who doesn't know your true nature. With each action, you can also attempt to use your baby charm to charm on normal and with a +3 bonus.
The DC depends on the DM and the creature.
You cannot suffer a critical failure. Nothing short of death can stop you from activating or deactivating "Baby Again." If you're in a space too small for your normal appearance, and you can't break it, you'll be crushed.
"Baby Again" dispels if you fall asleep, become unconscious, or if a forced dispel spell is used.
At 4th level, the status reduction is less severe by 2 points, the spell no longer dispels if you fall asleep. At 8th level, the status reduction is less severe by 4 points, the spell no longer dispels if you fall unconscious. At 10th level, your movement speed and maximum HP are only halved. At 12th level, the status reduction is less severe by 6 points, and your equipment transforms with you. At 16th level, the status reduction is less severe by 8 points, and you no longer have the mandatory disadvantages of "Baby Again." You also no longer have immunity to critical failures. At level 20, there is no longer any reduction in status, movement or HP.
