You drain the life from those you kiss. The target must make a Constitution saving throw contested against your spell save DC, taking 1d10 + your Charisma modifier Psychic damage on a failed save, and half as much on a passed save. You gain a number of temporary hit points equal to half of the damage dealt rounded down. The target's hit point maximum is reduced by the number of Psychic damage. The target dies if this effect reduces its hit point maximum to 0.
The damage of draining kiss increases by 1d10 when you reach 5th (2d10), 9th (3d10), 13th (4d10), and 17th (5d10) level.
Love this i have a homebrew character who is a half succubus and we wanted her to have something like the succubus ability but couldn't figure out how to make it work but this is perfect
The only objection I have is to the half damage on a successful save and the automatic "+modifier". Cantrips should be save or suck, otherwise they get too powerful. Especially since it's a d10+CHA. And ESPECIALLY especially since it reduces hit point maximum. I would recommend including that the maximum HP reduction lasts until the end of a long rest or some such, remove the half on save, and get rid of the "+ your Charisma modifier".
Unless you're not going for balance, in which case it's fine.
just an opinion, it would feel more like the damage would have been necrotic sense they are draining vitality rather then psychic
