You first use the chalk draw an alchemical transmutation circle on the ground. You then place a piece of non-magical metal into the circle in order to channel the principles of alchemy to reshape the metal into a new form. The new form may be any non-magical object as long as its mass is the same or less, and it is made of metal. The object must be something you have seen before and may reasonably be made of metal (such as a blade, chain, key, etc.). Complex mechanisms (like clockwork) require a successful Intelligence (Arcana) check against your spell save DC to function. If you attempt to create an object that requires specific craftsmanship, such as a complexly built tool, it functions as a mundane version of that item. If the item normally requires magical materials or intricate components, the transmutation fails.
Objects created by this spell are not permanent and can be used to make other objects as long as the instructions above are followed.
* - (A piece of chalk to draw the transmutation circle (consumed), a piece of metal, no larger than a five foot cube, that both has the same mass, and similar or same elements of the produced object, )
