Whenever you are pursued or attacked by any being, alive or not, you can use your reaction to direct the flow of Calamity towards the selected target. The chosen target will gain two effects:

1: The target has disadvantage on all saving throws and ability checks, and attack rolls made to hit the caster.

2: The flow of Calamity causes many bad things to happen. Every turn until the spell is dispelled, the target must roll a d20. This roll determines some form or disaster that will befall them. The lower the number, the worse the calamity. For instance, rolling a 20 might cause nothing to happen, or perhaps some minor inconvenience, such as stubbing your toe. Rolling a 1 would cause the most absurd and catastrophic effects, such as air molecules rearranging to make the target run out of air, or being hit by a storm of meteorites. What actually happens based on the roll is decided by the DM. There is no limit to how dangerous this can be.

This spell can only be dispelled by Wish or by killing the caster. Counterspell and Dispel Magic only work when cast at Level Nine.
