Bristlecurse

Whisper a curse of an ancient tongue towards a creature you can see, inflicting them with the Bristlecurse. While cursed, you may not move over 5ft or you will be surrounded by bristles and transformed into a Broom. Once turned into a Broom, you can not take actions, reactions, or bonus actions; you may not speak, move, take damage, or use any senses. Any damage to the Broom will not transfer to the creature once the transformation ends.

The transformation lasts for 1 hour. If the Broom is equipped by another creature or being, the transformation timer will reset indefinitely until they are let free.
