Unlikely Hit: If this spell is cast to strike a creature between the ranges of 20 to 40 feet, the creature has advantage on any dexterity saves against the spell.
Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot: The damage for this spell increases by 1d4 for each spell Slot above cantrip, or 2d4 for each spell slot above cantrip on a Critical Hit.
Minute Made: If this spell is cast using a glass of lemon juice as a material component, then the targeted creature is blinded on both a critical and noncritical hit for the duration of the spell.
