Catnip

You flash a bit of catnip or an enticing trinket and all cats within a 100 foot radius that can see, hear or smell the catnip or trinket in question converge on your position, obsessing over it. Gathered cats won't help in any quantifiable way as they are captivated by the trinket, particularly if catnip is chosen as a material component as the cats will be stoned out of their fuzzy little minds. Cats will nevertheless flee if they sense danger as they normally would. If the cat is somehow abject to you or your trinket in any way, it must make a Charisma saving throw against your Spellcasting DC, ignoring the trinket on a successful save.
