You create an ethereal shimmer that warps sound and sight around you. Choose up to three creatures of your choice within range. Each creature must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature’s perception is muddled:

Attack rolls against them are made with disadvantage.

Any sound they make is distorted, making verbal spellcasting or communication difficult; creatures within 10 feet of them must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or be unable to clearly understand them until the start of your next turn.
On a successful save, a creature is unaffected.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 3rd.
