Cocaine Blast

You bring forth a hardened bolt of cocaine and send it towards one creature you can see within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d8 piercing damage, 1d8 poison damage and must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the target is poisoned for one round. On a success, nothing happens.
