Celestial Empowerment

Upon casting Celestial Empowerment, all spells in one's arsenal are upcast by 2 levels, for each level add an extra die of the same type as the one used for the spell (ex. Firebolt uses a d10, so upon upcasting, add 2d10 dies). This spell is not affected by itself (the level of this spell will be left unaffected upon being cast). If this spell is upcast, add an additional level to any spell cast during its duration (instead of upcasting 2 levels, it will be 3 levels now).
