The caster performs a religion check of DC 30 - [Caster's level/CR], this spell fails if DC is not met
Upon success:
The caster picks a list of targets, and remembers it.
They then roll a D100 ("Page"), a D20 ("Index"), and a combination of a D8 and D2-1 ("Level").
The "Page" is used to determine the page number in the DnD Beyond spell list (apply the modulo operator to determine which page is chosen) [D100 % [number of pages]]
The "Index" is used to determine the spell within the page (apply the modulo operator if less than 20 spells are on the page) [D20 % [number of spells on the page]]
That spell is casted at "Level" level.
If the spell is a buff/heals and an enemy is targetted, the target receives the buff, vice-versa for debuffs/damage applied to players/friendlies.
If more creatures are targetted than the spell used allows for, the effect applies to the creatures in order of which was targetted first.
If the spell used is meant to target an area, and not a creature, the targetted creature's position is used, see previous line if too many creatures are targetted.
Any targetted creature outside the used spell's range is still targetted, but missed (according to the used spell's missed conditions)
Upon failure:
The caster feels the disappointment of whichever God watched them try
