You engage in an ancient ritual used to give life to the lifeless. You take the soul of a dead creature, and place it into a new body. This spell allows you some control over the new creature's personality and motivations, but after the spell is cast, these choices mingle with the natural traits held by the soul. The construct then becomes alive, and has the statistics of either a veteran, archmage, or assassin, as determined as you cast the spell (your DM may allow you to choose a different creature). You have no control over the creature after it is alive, and it lives for 9d10 years, or until dispelled by a True Resurrection spell, which renders the construct inert, and restores the soul to the body it had before its soul was taken.
