Casters eyes glow red as the black flames of hell appear where the casters gaze currently resides. 

creatures set on fire with Amaterasu take 10d8 fire damage.

flames remain for the duration of casters concentration, and can be dispelled by the caster.

This spell sets anything on fire, clothing, buildings, and creatures.

Creatures who are attempted to be set on fire by caster must make a DEX save.
