Aceitic Rain

Range: 120ft, (30ft radius, cylinder) 

As an action you use elemental energies to create a cloud of melting acid above a point you choose. Acetic Rain falls in a 30-foot radius, 60-foot-tall cylinder on a point you choose. When a creature starts its turn in this area they must make a dexterity saving throw against your Spell Save DC . On a failure they take 7d10 Acid damage. On a success they take half damage.

On subsequent turns, you can use a bonus action to move the cloud 20ft horizontally in any direction.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a 9th-level spell slot, the damage increases to 8d10.
