Arcane Umbrella

You reach out in front of you and cause an umbrella to manifest within your hand. The umbrella always has a pattern representing that of the user's demeaner. The umbrella disappears if the caster leaves it untouched for 1 hour or dispels it. This spell can be recast without using a spell slot if it was already cast that day. 

The umbrella blocks the expanse of any radius spell you cast in front of the umbrella.

The umbrella also allows the caster to use a Charisma saving throw whenever they are forced to make a Dexterity saving throw for a spell. If the caster fails, you take half damage, if they succeed and the spell would deal half damage, you take no damage.
