A spectral frost sweeps from your fingertips toward a creature you can see. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 1d8 cold damage and have its speed reduced by 10 feet until the start of your next turn.

The damage from this spell increases to 2d8 at 5th level, 3d8 at 11th level, and 4d8 at 17th level.
