Din's Mouthfull 'o Bees

You point and click your fingers, uttering a magical word of your choosing, at a creature you can see within range. The target makes a Wisdom Saving Throw, on a failed save the creature's mouth immediately becomes filled with bees. The bees will sting the target, dealing 4d4 Poison damage to the target. Afterwards, the target can choose to open their mouth, releasing the bees and allowing them to fly out and sting every creature within 5ft of the original target, for 2d4 Poison damage. If the target allows the bees to go free the spell ends.

If the target chooses not to open their mouth, they will be subject to the original 4d4 Poison damage again, able to make the same decision to open their mouth.
