Bahamut's Blessing

You call upon the Platinum Dragon’s divine protection, radiating a sacred aura of shimmering silver light. The air around you hums with celestial power as Bahamut’s blessing shields the righteous from draconic fury.

For the duration, an emanation of radiant warding extends 30 feet from you, moving with you and bathing allies in platinum light. The emanation grants the following benefits:

• You and your allies within the emanation have resistance to acid, cold, fire, lightning, and poison damage.

• When a hostile dragon deals damage to a creature protected by this spell, that dragon must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or take 3d8 radiant damage as Bahamut’s holy light repels its fury.

• The area within the emanation is considered bright light, and magical darkness can’t extinguish it.

When the spell ends, the divine aura surges in a final burst of light. Each hostile creature of your choice within the emanation must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, it takes 4d8 radiant damage and is blinded until the start of your next turn. On a successful save, it takes half as much damage and isn’t blinded.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 7th level or higher, increase the radiant damage (from both the reactive and final burst effects) by 1d8 for each slot level above 6th.
