Damage/Effect
You transform yourself or a willing creature you touch into a flowing stream of water. While in this form, the target becomes liquid and gains the following benefits:
- Can move through spaces as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.
- Gains resistance to nonmagical bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.
- Cannot be grappled, restrained, or knocked prone.
- Can move through enemy spaces but cannot end its turn there.
- The target’s movement speed becomes 30 feet (swim speed if underwater).
While in Waterform, the target cannot speak, cast spells, or make weapon attacks, but can interact with objects and use telepathic communication if available. The form ends early if the target takes damage from a magical source or if the caster loses concentration.
At Higher Levels. When cast using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the duration increases by 1 minute for each slot level above 1st.
