After a dramatic finger wag and a whisper of "You look uncomfortable" you unleash a petty magical nuisance upon a creature you can see within range.
Cramp: A muscle in the target’s leg, arm, stomach or butt cheek spasms uncontrollably, making movement awkward and painful.
Itch: The target suddenly feels like they’ve rolled in poison ivy wearing wool socks. The itch is unbearable.
The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or suffer one of the following effects (your choice):
Lose Focus: If the target is concentrating on a spell, it must make a Concentration check with disadvantage.
Distracted: The target has disadvantage on its next attack roll or ability check before the end of its next turn.
Staggered: The target cannot take a bonus action or reaction until the start of its next turn.
Flailing: The target spends its next turn scratching, twitching, or awkwardly hopping in place, unable to take an action.
Social Embarrassment: The target has disadvantage on Charisma checks until the end of its next turn due to involuntary twitching and loud complaints.
This spell has no effect on creatures immune to being charmed or those lacking a sense of touch (like undead, constructs, or your ex).
