You Shoot a 1d4-1 Black lightning bolts out of your hand at 1d4-1 Creatures of your choice. on a hit the creature takes 1d12 Lightning Damage and they must roll a sving throw on a fail they take 1d6 Necrotic Damage every round they end their tun within 10ft of the caster. on a success the target does not take damage from after the hit. When cast as a level 5 spell you do an extra +4 to damage it does the same for levels 7,8,9
