Arrow of Salvation

You make a bow and arrow out of light and fire it at a target within range, on a hit, if the target is an undead, demon or a fiend the target takes 8d8 radiant damage, if the target is a humanoid its will take 6d6 radiant damage and must make a constitution saving throw or be effected crippling pain, any speed it has can be no higher than 10 feet. The target also has disadvantage on attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws, other than Constitution saving throws. Finally, if the target tries to cast a spell, it must first succeed on a Constitution saving throw, or the casting fails and the spell is wasted, this lasts till the end of the targets next turn. if the target is something else they take 8d6 radiant damage
