Creatures of your choice within the aura are unable to die. Until the spell ends, the aura moves with you, centered on you.
If an affected creature is subjected to an effect that would kill it instantaneously, that effect is instead negated against the target but it drops to 0 hit points with three death saving throw failures. (For the sake of this clause, being outright killed by damage counts as an effect.)
If an affected creature with three failed death saves exits the spell's area or otherwise becomes unprotected by the spell such as if the spell ends, the creature dies instantly provided there is not another effect preventing their death.
