A large workbench appears in front of you, filled to the brim with drawers and slots. It can be as small as a 5ft cube and as large as a 20ft cube, and takes the shape of a workstation to accommodate for up to 4 different types of Artisan's Tools which you specify at the end of the spell's casting, provided you use those tools to cast this spell. (Forge for Smith's Tools, Distillery for Alchemist's or Brewer's Tools, etc.) One creature can occupy 5ft of this workbench to work at it. The workbench shimmers slightly, and exudes an aura of creation, as if pulling magic from the Genesis Forge itself.
Whilst a creature proficient with the appropriate Artisan's Tools works at this bench, they can complete progress on Magical Item Crafting at double the regular rate of time, however it requires the regular amount of gold to create the item as per the Magic Item Crafting rules in XGTE. While a creature works at this bench, they do not need to eat, drink, or sleep, and do not suffer the effects of exhaustion due to lack of sleep. However, it is impossible for them to gain the benefits of a Long Rest or Short Rest while they work at the bench.
If you cast this spell at 5th level, the gold cost for crafting the magic item is also halved if you craft the magic item with the aid of this spell.
