Bubble

You touch a small or tiny object or a creature and create a small pocket of breathable air that surrounds the touched creature's head or the touched object. The air bubble allows the creature touched to breathe underwater or in similar airless environments or protects the object touched from water. If the target of this spell is innate the caster can decide if the bubble floats upward or maintains it's current position.
