Cloak of Morgul Fog

You summon the cold mists of the Morgul Vale. A 10-foot-radius fog cloud surrounds you, heavily obscuring the area and clinging only to you. As a bonus action on your turn, you can move the fog up to 20 feet in any direction.

While in the fog:

• You have advantage on Stealth checks.

• Ranged attacks against you have disadvantage.

If you move out of the fog’s range, it follows you automatically.
