Celestial's Requiem

Clouds part, and a symphony of mind-breaking song and holy light rains down. This spell creates a 30-foot radius, 60-foot-tall vertical cylinder of light centered on a point in range. Any non-deaf creature that enters or ends its turn inside the spell's radius must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or gain the deafened and restrained condition, lasting until they leave the area, and take 4d8 psychic damage. On a failed save, you take half damage and suffer no conditions. The spell and its effects last for one minute or until your concentration breaks.
