Reanimate any limb or appendage once belonging to a living creature. If the part is a head either give it a 1d4 bite attack or one appropriate to the head type, the head also gets a howl that can frighten a single living creature (Wisdom 10) for 2 turns once per turn. Heads have a walking speed of 10ft. Arms/hands gain a 1d6 claw attack and a grapple that slows the targets move speed by (if its medium or smaller) by 10ft. Targets can remove the hand with a strength throw of 12. Hands have a movement speed of 35ft and a climbing speed of 25ft. Feet have a kick attack that deals 1d4 damage and a second kick attack that can deal 1d8 damage and knock a target prone (medium or smaller) with a constitution saving throw of 10 once per long rest. The foot has a movement speed of 25ft.
