Cinder Lotus

Casting Phrase: Lord of Flames... grant the me power to concur! Cinder... Lotus! You chant a casting phrase, and conjure a scarlet blade of fire shaped like a petal in each hand. This spell works if wielding a weapon, with gloves/gauntlets on, or bare handed. Targets must make a dexterity saving throw and get a 13 or higher. Each "petal' deals 1d4 fire damage to any creature within a 10 foot radius of the caster on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one.  When casting the spell you turn 360, so each enemy will take 2d4 fire damage. If any creature is in melee range, they take the damage of the weapon and  the spell's damage.
